Welcome to TechCure! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.techcure.in and all services and products offered by TechCure. By accessing our site or availing our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Offered

TechCure provides a range of services including but not limited to:

• Laptop & Desktop Repairs

• Software Installation & Troubleshooting

• Spare Parts Sales & Installation

• Virus & Malware Removal

• Data Recovery & Backup

• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

• Custom PC Builds

• Web Support & Web Design (limited offering)

• Tech Product Sales via eCommerce

2. User Obligations

When using our services or website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal and device information

• Not misuse the website or services for illegal purposes

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login or account (if applicable)

• Allow authorized access to the device when required for service

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless mentioned otherwise)

• TechCure reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

• Payments must be made in full at the time of service completion or product delivery

• Accepted payment modes: UPI, Card, Net Banking, Cash

4. Service Warranty

• Repair and service warranty ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on the service type

• Replacement parts come with manufacturer warranties (if applicable)

• Warranty is void in cases of mishandling, water damage, physical damage, or third-party tampering after service

5. Product Return & Replacement

Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery

• Products must be unused and in original condition

• Certain items like software or opened electronic parts may not be eligible for return

6. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

• AMC covers only the services mentioned at the time of agreement

• AMC is valid for 1 year and is non-refundable & non-transferable

• Physical damage, part replacements, or third-party issues are not covered under AMC

7. Website Usage

• All content on the site is owned by TechCure and protected by copyright

• Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if misuse is detected

8. Limitation of Liability

• TechCure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for data loss during repair or service unless a prior data backup was included in the service

• While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee 100% resolution in cases of severe damage or third-party complications

9. Appointment Cancellation or Delay

• Customers must cancel/reschedule appointments at least 2 hours in advance.

• TechCure reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to availability, emergencies, or technical reasons

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts .

11. Modifications to Terms

TechCure reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
