Booking & Confirmation
  • Services can be booked online via our website, over the phone, or via WhatsApp.

  • Once a service is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation message with technician details and the estimated visit time.

  • For AMC clients, priority booking and flexible scheduling are provided.

Service Timeframe
  • Standard service time: 1–3 hours (depending on the issue).

  • Complex repairs or part replacements may take up to 48 hours or more.

  • For offsite services (where pickup is required), estimated return time will be communicated during pickup.

Pricing & Payments
  • A service visit charge is applicable based on location and type of issue.

  • Prices for repairs and parts will be shared before work begins. No hidden fees.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, Card, Net Banking, or Cash upon service completion.

  • GST invoice available on request.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
  • AMC includes priority support, regular checkups, and discounted service charges.

  • AMC is valid for 1 year from the date of activation and is non-transferable.

  • AMC clients get free remote support and no visit charges as per mention in contract.

Warranty on Services

We stand by our work.

  • Service warranty: 7 to 30 days (varies by service type)

  • Parts warranty: As per manufacturer’s policy

  • No warranty is applicable in cases of physical or water damage after service.

Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper access and availability during service time.

  • Provide accurate device details and issue description.

  • Backup your data before submitting a device for repair. We are not responsible for data loss.

Limitations of Service
  • We do not cover devices under brand warranty unless authorized.

  • We are not liable for third-party software issues or compatibility problems unless explicitly covered.
